At Mount Desert Campground we work hard to offer you the very best camping experience. While we don't offer lots of frills and gimmicks, we do provide the quietest campground with the cleanest, most up to date facilities anywhere. Notice: We will be open for Memorial Day Weekend starting Thursday, May 23rd! The campground will be on a first-come basis
(no reservations until June) and our floats and boat rentals will not
be available until early June. We hope to see you!

NEWS: A new Maine law has been put in place banning all out-of-state firewood. Please help protect our Maine forests by leaving your firewood at home.
